Professional three-hole stripping tool for removing the three glass jackets from optical fibers.

The tool strips both 1.6-3mm patch cable-type fiber, 0.9mm pigtail-type sheath, and 0.25mm buffer-type fiber sheath. One tool can be used to completely strip the fiber down to “bare fiber”.

Hole 1: Removes 1.6-3mm shell to 600-900µm tight buffer shell. Removable upper insulating layer, 2-3mm patch for cable-type cables.

Hole 2: 600-900µm coating is removed to 250µm “buffer coating” coating. The pigtail-type 0.9mm insulating layer is removable.

Hole 3: 250µm sheath is stripped to 125µm bare fiber. The last 0.25 mm insulating layer is removed down to the “bare fiber”.
