10G media converter is an Ethernet converter between Ethernet electrical signal (RJ45 port) and optical signal (SFP+ port). It converts a short-distance twisted-pair 10 GBase-TX signal to a 10 GBase-FX optical signal. The customer can choose different SFP modules according to their needs (1.2-fiber; SM or MM) to achieve the required smooth conversion and connection. The converter has one 10G SFP+ port for SFP+ modules and 1 RJ45 port. In addition to increasing the transmission distance, there are many other advantages, such as insulation protection, good data security, working stability and easy maintenance.
